Fogland Marsh is an original pastel painting. This was the first painting I did as soon as I returned from a week of plein air painting in Tiverton, RI. On my second day in Tiverton, I decided to not paint but connect with the land. My lodging for the week was a self-contained cottage at Clark's Christmas Tree Farm. In the cottage were pamphlets of nearby spots to visit. Fogland Beach was my favorite and this view of the marsh captured my heart. The image measures 9" x 12" and is sold in a 10" x 13" antique gold frame.
