Unconditional was printed from a watercolor painting depicting a mother plover and her chick. I have different things I turn to when I need to lift my spirt. One that I can always count on is watching videos of mother and baby plovers. They're AMAZING, resilient, and ridiculously cute. I have been on many beaches where I see something darting quickly among the seaweed near the water. I get all excited when I realize it's a flock of plovers. Out come my binoculars and sketch book.
