Worry Stone Owls are hand-painted on beach rocks and can easily fit into a pocket, secret compartment of a purse, or just stay nestled in it's box. People also put them on their desk or anyplace where a little reassurance is a good thing. Each owl is unique in the size, shape, color, and texture of the rock. Expect variations. The one pictured here is a Snowy Owl, the first owl I ever saw in the wild. It was a male, resplendent in it's plumage, sitting at the base of a cypress tree in the Great Dunes of Cape Cod.
