My family rents a house on Narrow’s Island in Guildford, CT for an annual reunion. At sunrise or sundown, I adore getting into a kayak and going for a paddle. Gliding through the water I pass houses like this one. I can imagine the wonderful view from the deck of neighboring islands, boats, shorebirds, and the like. What a fantastic place to receive guests, recount the day, and watch the sun paint its’ final picture.
